App is great overall. But with media player, there’s no streaming option. It always downloads to my device. There’s about 1+GB of files that get cached on my device every week. This consistently takes up the majority of the space on my devices. My recommendations as a user: * Default should stream, with user setting to download and cache if desired. * Enable a cache lifetime on the files (preferably with an exposed setting, but default to like 2 weeks). * Perhaps a one-time dialog box warning if user is not connected to wifi.

So annoying when Im stuck using an app that iso my half baked. Come on MCT, be excellent in what you do.

Great app! I can sync to my Bluetooth speakers, listen to the worship set in the exact key, and pull up the chord charts and play along...all from my iPhone.

Im trying to edit one of the songs for tomorrow and I just cant do it because the page went on blank. It so sad that the church is paying a bad service of this page.

I dont know whats going on, but in the last two months, nearly every other time I open the app, I have to log in again. Its getting frustrating! Please help!

Annoying to use, looks great before you buy, but just hard to use. Its so tied to online which is not a feature.

There are a lot of things I like about this app, but its frustrating that you cant add attachments through the app (or if you can, I dont see how).

Ive been using this app for over a year now as a volunteer with our church. This app is still very frustrating to use. No calendar view. Only able to see what you are schedule for, nothing else. Online help is for browser version not for the iPad app. Our church used to use a calendar schedule where you were able to who was on when, much more useful. From a volunteer perspective this app is too limited.

It would be beneficial if I had the option for this app to send me push notifications when media files are added (Or any general change is made to the service after the initial posting). That way I know when my church uploads music for me to listen to without having to always come back into the app and check. For example, a song, order of service, or file can be swapped out or updated and I wouldnt know unless I made a habit of coming back into the app and checking myself. Push notifications would remove that hassle.

This app is a tremendous help for on the fly scheduling and adjustments to Planning Center Online Services when not at a computer. The interface has a good amount of features but isnt to complicated. It can be a little difficult to explain to new users on your team but overall it serves your teams needs to stay connected to whats happening in your services. If I can add a suggestion it would be to make it a little easier to access plan files. Also I find that when I hit repeat on a media file or song file in the media player if I navigate away from the app it plays nicely in the background. However if I reopen the app to check a service plan or item, the player stops the repeat function and so I have to navigate back to the previous place that the original media file was in order to play it again and turn the repeat function back on. It gets a little frustrating at times. I use an iPhone 6s which has a larger screen. Maybe you could make an app similar to Music Stand (simple form of PCO) for iPhones for when a team member only wants to review a services music and chord charts. Just a suggestion. Again, overall this app will serve as an incredible resource for you and your team in connection with Planning Center Online Services.

The app wouldnt work well so I updated it and now it wont work at all. Please fix this. I use this app for work.

Works very well. I can read music and hear it at the same time. Only used for band, not sure how it works for other aspects of services.

Amazing app especially for worship team. Very intuitive and practical. One suggestion: The app takes up lots of memory as you play songs. Deleting and reinstalling clears the memory issue.

This version worked for about a week and I was excited and now the symptoms are back. It wont let me view and schedule my team on iPhone die to glitches. I always have to do it on a desktop computer which is inconvenient because I dont go on that computer often.
