Ive been using PCO for several years to schedule the worship team. The PCO app is a great companion to website for planning when youre on the go and cant get to your desktop.

Really great app, but PLEASE add an option to schedule someone for band that plays violin, or an option to add custom instruments. Ill rate 5 stars when added

Not sure how people are giving 3,4,5 stars... It has way too many bugs that shouldnt exist for any decent app company. The concepts are great and the company gets its target (church), but this company is either using incapable development team or not understanding the "excellence" part. I agree with one of the reviewer who said, "So annoying when Im stuck using an app that is half baked."

Unsure why but on iPhone Ill be looking at assigned people for a service and the names will suddenly disappear or wont come up at all or I click people, I see the PCO face with green spinning circle then it goes blank.

This was the best app in the world until today when every single time I opened it, I had to log in with my super long email address. Please fix this - its a major bum out.

My team loves this app, and. So do I! However I have seen some glitches in loading the teams/schedule from time to time. Also I would really benefit for have sequence input and editing from the app. I can do everything I need to from my phone except for that. Please and thank you!

User since 2006. The app is a necessity and I have all my team members use it. Someone else mentioned--BETTER PUSH NOTIFICATIONS in the case that a song is added or changed, song sequence changed. Something similar to Dropboxs notifications. "[user name] made 3 changes to the shared folder," would be perfect vs. sending notifications for every change. EDIT SEQUENCES IN MOBILE currently there seems to be only one way to change the sequence of a song arrangement--through a web browser on desktop. It seems overdue that we dont have this ability on iOS or mobile. Please add this function. Other apps are added and updated. Attention to this core service would show that PCO is paying attention to end users.

I have used the app for years and appreciate the efforts to make it accessible and robust in features. However the app freezes all the time and seems to need an upgrade. Also, setting the song arrangement would be helpful...verse, chorus, etc.

Is there a way that you folks could add the ability to include Plan Title and Series through the app?

Love this app! Would give it a 5 star rating if it didnt lock me out every time I closed the app. This is the only app that makes me login every single time I open it. Otherwise, works great!

I dont have a choice between apps for this particular thing. Please fix the bugs. It is nearly unusable at this point.

I have 2 kids that serve at our church. Can I have them both on the app? I have looked for a setting to add another profile and havent found one. How would I manage both? Thank you.

Long time user first off. But if there was actually competition I would probably switch. Its hard to be critical of something to help the church, but it has so many problems it just gets frustrating. Ive reached out to them about particular problems Ive been having and got no solutions and was told to just "refresh" the app.. Well that was part of the problem. It doesnt work.

The app never updates with new entries. I have to delete and reinstall it at least once a month in order to get updated schedules. Sometimes more. Its ridiculous.

When I first started using this app it worked great. A couple months later & it does absolutely no thing. Disappointed.

I love what this company/app does for churches. But its so buggy. I never have a problem on the desktop version but the app is almost unusable at this point.

In my experience, this app is buggy and frequently shows outdated information (or sometimes no information at all). If you need to do serious work in Planning Center, use their website instead.

The media player plays a song through exactly one time before it stops working. You can then click on the song and it just wont play. Sometimes quitting the app and restarting fixes it, but sometimes you have to delete and reinstall the app. Please fix this soon.

I love this app, and its always worked great for me, but since I got iOS 10, the app hasnt worked.

First of all, I LOVE Planning Center. The app leaves a lot to be desired though and it seems to be getting worse rather than better. The songs are listed dozens of times. This has to be fixed. It makes searching for songs incredibly frustrating. The problem of the number changing over and over again for how many people are needed in a position has still not been fixed. This app has so much potential, but its so buggy and it doesnt seem that its being worked on.
