The interface is friendly, but when we make a donation we need to be able to add memos that appear on reports to make accounting easier. We contacted support but didnt feel like our needs were being addressed. Planning Center is good but its not letting us denote the actual designation of a donation. We may need to look at another application.

First: I love this app. Im the production/worship director at my church and this app makes it SUPER easy to plan a worship service and assign roles right from my phone. Second: If youre ever bored and need to pass time, go ahead and hit the log out button from the menu. When the prompt appears to ask if you want to log out, tap and hold anywhere and move your finger while holding. Easily passes 2-3 minutes depending on how bored you are

Im using an iPhone to schedule people and when I need to input how many to schedule it doubles it and adds it and I can never get the right amount of people needed. Also when I go into the app and try to schedule people the whole day goes blank to where I can not see anything. Please fix as I do love this app that our church just started to use that we paid for.

As others have said, it no longer loss on iPhone 6+ - hate giving it this rating as Ive never had serious problems in 3 years of use, but I dont know how else to get the developers attention.

I love how easy this app is to navigate, but it also has its glitches. Every time I open the app, it will say I have to double the services scheduled than I actually do. I have to refresh the dashboard in order for it to bring up the correct services. Sometimes Ill be navigating like normal and it will duplicate everything on the screen. If this problem can be fixed, the app will be a whole lot better. Also, every time I hit the back arrow at the top of the screen, it has to refresh the last page I was on, causing the app navigation to be a bit slow.

Seeing big tech companies like Rdio and Mailbox flop lately have made me realize how lucky we are to have the Planning Center team. Thank you guys for your constant push for perfection!

I love PCO!! This weird thing happens when you leave the app and return to it once you already have other tabs open. Once you return to PCO, it repeatedly says "failed to load" and doesnt let you do ANYTHING until you restart the app.

This update seems to be more stable than the last few. One feature I would love to see is an Apple Watch app. How awesome would it be to have planning center live on your wrist!

Apparently the app has been trying to load the latest update since issued. Not loading and not able to open

This app is intuitive and easy to use. Additionally if you ever get the chance I would highly recommend reading the comments they post with their updates. They are hilarious.

The app only works half the time. PCO is great, Im just unsure as to why the app never really works correctly. Dont use it if you are depending on it, say, during a service. For a quick look-up, its great.

It helps me now when I get a notification faster than going through my email.

I love planning center for a lot of reasons, however Im here to let the developers know that Im bothered by the storage space required to use the app. Right now my phone is saying that PCO is using up 1.1GB of space! For someone who only has a 12gb phone, this is simply too much space for an app that I use to listen to music prior to services and rehearsals. Please do something to minimize the storage required.

I love planning center online! I was wondering if you guys were planning on making an Apple Watch app to control planning center live? That would be awesome!

App is great but its frustrating and impractical that we can only schedule one person at a time for people like myself who have 50+ choir members. Please update this app so that we can schedule a group of people at a time using filters. Im also still seeing "doubles" when adding a song to a service using this app Thanks!

Love this app and how easy it is to view all of the information for our services. Also love how you guys are so creative and the funny sayings on the updates. Great job!!! May God bless you.

I use this app all the time - its part of my job. However, its SO GLITCHY that I have to go onto the desktop version most of the time to actually get people scheduled. Ive spent an hour trying to schedule one person - shes not showing up on my list of people, but when I try to add her it says shes already in the database. I also would love to find a way to remove myself from churches I am no longer serving at. I have been hired at multiple churches over the years, but I dont work with them any longer - I dont need to see them all in my list every time I login. But theres no way to easily remove those!

Try it. It is great.

Hey guys I know you dont get a lot of credit, but this is a great app! I use it every week to keep track of the music I play for chapel band. Keep up the good work, God bless
